KindBild worked tirelessly with the City of Baltimore to develop a blighted dairy parking lot into 40 modern 3 and 4-story townhomes overlooking the City. The cleared forest was replanted and a new forest walkway was created.
KindBild formed its QOZ Fund in 2022 to invest in QOZ areas. Currently it is pursuing QOZ ground up mixed-use, urban infill, affordable developments near UMD and UNC.
