KindBild turned an old burnt-down plating factory into 12 4-story townhomes with roofdecks, rear loaded garages and front and rear alley access.  Community support was garnered through input meetings and City assistance.  KindBild hauled off hundreds of loads of contaminated soil and replaced it with virgin crushed stone in cooperation with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and the EPA.
